WMU-Cooley Lansing Campus Hosts Speed Mentoring Event

WMU-Cooley Law School hosted the National Association of Women Judges 2019 Mentor Jet program at the law school’s Lansing campus on Friday, Nov. 8. The event was sponsored by Judge Michelle Rick of 29th Circuit Court and WMU-Cooley’s Career and Professional Development Department.

During the event, law students, recent graduates and newly admitted attorneys had the opportunity to meet judges, attorneys, and a variety of legal professionals in order to gain knowledge about working in law. Additionally, numerous legal professionals spoke about their personal experiences as attorneys in a speed mentoring format.
