Associate Director of Career and Professional Development and Enrollment and Student Services

Cooley Law School seeks an Associate Director of Career and Professional Development and Enrollment and Student Services.  This position is located at Cooley’s Tampa Bay campus located in Temple Terrace, Florida.  

The Associate Director of CPD/ESS delivers student services in career and professional development, externships, admissions, enrollment, student disability services, and veteran and international student services.  

Successful candidates will possess all or many of the following qualifications and/or skills: Bachelor’s degree is required, Juris Doctor degree is preferred, or at least three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; and, a minimum of one to three years of experience, experience or exposure to working in a law school or higher education institution is preferred; excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, knowledge of Symplicity, Canvas, Jenzabar, JFA, and HubSpot; ability to learn quickly and function independently; excellent organization and time management skills; strong oral and written communication skills; understand and maintain confidentiality of student information; and ability to interact positively with individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds.  The position will require working some evening and weekends.
