Submission Guidelines
The Cooley Law Review prides itself on transparency with its authors. Cooley Law Review editors work with the author to preserve the author's unique voice and vision. Cooley Law Review editors do not make any substantive edits without the author's review and consent, and provide ample opportunity to discuss any suggested changes during the editorial process. Authors are always free to accept or decline the Cooley Law Review’s editorial recommendations.
The Cooley Law Review follows the ALWD Guide to Legal Citation for academic citation formatting and Bryan A. Garner's The Redbook: A Manual on Legal Style for writing mechanics and style.

Each article submission must include the following documents:
- Article for publication consideration;
- Cover letter; and
- Resume.
